Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is a 24/7 Emergency Veterinary hospital on Buzzards Bay. CCVS is both an emergency and specialty hospital. Our specialists are board certified in Cardiology, Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery and Internal Medicine.

CCVS surgeons are board certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. Being board certified, CCVS surgeons have 12-13 years of education and training. We are not a university or non-profit teaching hospital, we do not train surgical residents to perform surgery on our patients.

CCVS mission, as an emergency and critical care specialty hospital, is to treat life injury, disease and hospitalization away from home. CCVS has a veterinary medical ward staffed with round the clock veterinarians who practice exclusively emergency and critical care medicine with trained veterinary technicians. The unit has state of the art monitoring equipment and is overseen by a board certified veterinary specialists.
